Martin Luther King Jr. had the career of a pastor/preacher and activist. As a pastor and preacher, he connected with the audience through a united passion of God and pursuing the right morals which are portrayed in the Ten Commandments. As an activist, he connects with the audience through a shared hope for equality and as a personal advocator and demonstrater who has seen hard times during protests.
