Answer:

I would say 20 grams of nectar.

Step-by-step explanation:

I saw that Imad drank 3 grams a week and they were looking for 4 weeks so i multiplied 3x4 to get how much Imad drank in 4 weeks which was 12 grams. then I did 2x4 to get how many grams Amra drinked in 4 weeks which was 8 grams. Then to get that amount total of how many grams they both drinked together in 4 weeks I added 12 grams plus 8 grams and got 20 grams total as the answer.

Rewrite 2 5/8 with a denominator of 24
gladu [14]

Answer:

63/24

Step-by-step explanation:

First you change the whole 2 to have a fraction of 48/24.

Next you have change 5/8 so its denominator has a 24. So you multiple the 8 by 3 to get 5/24. But then you have to multiply the 5 by 3 also so it is still the same fraction just bigger and you get 15/24. Now add the 15/24 with 48/24 to get 63/24.

Hope this helps!

Graph x<2/9 on a number line
Arturiano [62]

Answer:

The line should begin on the right side 2 dashes (the small lines tht go throught the number line. There are 9 dashes between each whole  number.)

Then the line should go left because it says x is less than 2/9. (which is right)

The line segment you should choose is the one with the open circle with an arrow going to the left.

Examine this system of equations. Which number can be multiplied by each equation so that when the two equations are
andreyandreev [35.5K]

Answer:

15 times the first equation and -12 times the second equation

Step-by-step explanation:

we have

\frac{3}{4}x+\frac{2}{3}y=6 ------> first equation

\frac{5}{8}x+\frac{5}{6}y=12 ------> second equation

Multiply the first equation by 15 both sides

(15)\frac{3}{4}x+(15)\frac{2}{3}y=6(15)

\frac{45}{4}x+10y=90 -----> new first equation

Multiply the second equation by -12 both sides

(-12)\frac{5}{8}x+(-12)\frac{5}{6}y=12(-12)

-\frac{60}{8}x-10y=-144 -----> new second equation

Adds the two new equations

\frac{45}{4}x+10y=90\\-\frac{60}{8}x-10y=-144\\-----------\\\frac{45}{4}x-\frac{60}{8}x=90-144

The y-term was eliminated
