You are the shift leader at a fast-food restaurant. Two employees named Tonya and Johnny get in a fight. Tonya left out a bunch

of food, but Johnny got blamed and had $15 taken off his paycheck. Now he wants Tonya to pay him back, but she is refusing. You call them both into the backroom to have a conversation. For your assignment: Using complete sentences, write one Goal, two Promises, and one Strong Question for this conversation.

The whole goal would be to make sure both employees understand their mistakes or whatnot.  I would promise to just payback Johnny the $15 anyways and ensure that these two people can work together. My strongest question would be is it worth fighting over whatever it was?
