One of the biggest legacies would be from Martin Luther King Jr. He was probably the biggest legacy of the United States. He made the famous speech, "I have a dream." He helped a lot during the segregation times and took part in whatever he could to help bring equal rights to all races. If you research more on him, you would find more than enough information. He was a brilliant man.
