The incident commanders have already activated the emergency response team. The priorities are to evaluate the severity and other potential impact based on the information confirmed.

According to the rescue team, the problem is being mitigated. Any other future emergencies are going to be dealt together with the authorities and emergency systems involved. The evacuation process was activated to handle better this emergency. After safety is assured by the emergency response team, the recovery process is going to be lead by the local administration and the factory implicated.
