I may also think about the risk of transfer of the furniture as it may cause injury to be due to physical strain by lifting furniture.

Reciprocity norm: It is the process of exchange of things between people to attain mutual benefit. Here, I should ask for a help or money to my friend in return of favor of translocating the furniture.
