I will argue in favor of plant-rich diet but not 100% plants, here is why.
Indeed, plant-based diet can fulfill most of the nutrients that our body need daily, rather it's the macros (Carbohydrates, proteins, & fats) or the other type of vitamin and minerals.
But, there is no plants that contain B12 that our body need to maintain the function of our brain, so we need the food source from either Dairy products, Fish, or insects.
Plant based diet includes a moderate amount of fruits and vegetables and minimal animal products. Some of its benefits are:lower cholesterol, lower blood pressure, weight loss and others. Animal diet, on the other hand, is diet based on animal products. This means that it has a large amount of proteins. Proteins are especially important for athletes.
Like transpiration in plants mammal's hypothalamus makes sweat glands functional and mammal's body secretes sweat which on evaporation decreases the body temperature
Both because sometimes science goes with what the public says and sometimes...well we dont want to go there but no its false science does what it wants.
