Write your health goal in a positive manner.

I am going to eat fruit more often. I believe this will make me happier and healthier.

 Write your plan of action. You must have at least three specific steps. (a. b. c.)

A. I will go to the grocery store, and pick out fruit I enjoy eating.

B. I will prepare the fruit and put it in containers, so it is easy to access, any time of the day

C. I will set a reminder on my phone, to remind me to eat my fruit.


Write the time frame.

I would like to try this for 2 weeks. It takes 14 days to start a lasting habit, so I believe if I eat fruit for 2 weeks straight, I will always remember to eat fruit.

 Write about your progress toward your goal.

DAY 1:

I have bought the fruit.

DAY 7:

I can tell my skin is clearer, and I have more energy.

 Write about any obstacles you've encountered and ways to overcome them.
