Slope: It's going to be 0 because it doesn't change at all (no different y values)
(y2-y1)/(x2-x1) = (6-6) / (4-2) = 0/2 = 0
Y intercept is where the line crosses the y axis- this is also where x=0 (find it in your chart!)
