People should pay their taxes as they help to fund government organizations that are important in our lives, such as construction, military, police & fire departments, and even some medical organizations are funded by our taxes. Without these, life in our country would be much worse, and as a citizen, it is our duty to pitch in. And don't worry, we're being represented in the government by our elected representatives, so it's fair. "Taxation With Representation" is the best :)
