Wetland is the transition land intermediate to the the land and water body. Wetlands provide minerals and nutrient to many species of plants and animals and therefore, wetlands can help a species population to thrive. However, the wetlands have been damaged to get a great extent and there are certain challenges to restore them and they are:

i. Lack of detailed understanding of the coastal ecosystem because the shift in geographic units like lagoons, tide levels due to human activities and natural process are not examined and noted regularly.

ii. Lack of knowledge about site specific bio-morphological interactions as to how will the species react to the different type and amount of sediments in the wetland.

The ________ is the decorated niche inside a mosque that indicates the direction of Mecca.
Aneli [31]

Answer:

The correct answer to the following question will be "Mihrab".

Explanation:

  • A semicircular niche throughout the wall of a mosque showing the qibla; that is, the direction of the Kaaba in Mecca, and hence the way that Muslims will face while they pray. Thus the wall into which a mihrab appears was the "qibla wall."
  • A chanter calling for people to pray. Fana is a religious figure; in fact, a few of Muhammad's hereditary predecessors, worshiped in Shiite Islam.
  • It is traditional, when entering a mosque, to remove somebody's shoes and put them on the entrance rack. This is accomplished out of respect and also to avoid soiling the interior floor of the prayer hall — prayer halls do not have chairs or benches, just row after row of carpets, aligned to face the holy sites of Mecca in Arabia.

Bad White [126]

Answer:

The Equations sort each listed half reaction as either an oxidation or a reduction.

Fe + CuSO4 + → FeSO4 + Cu

(Fe oxidized, Cu reduced)

Explanation:

For proper understanding of the concept of the Redox reaction, let us know the meaning:

Reduction- Oxidation or "redox" reactions occur when elements in a chemical reaction gain or lose electrons. This reaction causes an increase or decrease in oxidation numbers. The Half Equation Method is used to balance these reactions. The equation is separated into two half-equations, one for oxidation and one for reduction. For Example -

CuO + H2 → Cu +H2O.

In this redox reaction, CuO is getting reduced to Cu since Oxygen is getting removed.

Fe(s) + CuSO4(aq) → FeSO4(aq) + Cu(s) Oxidation state of Fe changes from 0 to +2 and oxidation state of Cu changes from +2 to 0.
