  3. Henry Hudson- Hudson River: He found it as a mistake when he was looking for a northern pass from the Atlantic Ocean into the Pacific Ocean.
  4. Jacques Cartier- St. Lawrence River: He was an explorer who claimed what today is Canada for France and was the first to put on a map of the St Lawrence River.
