As a priest ,what would you do to stop or at least minimize the case of bullying

I would have the church join together and say a pray i also do my best to help this child who is being bullied by finding out who bullied the child or children and I would put a stop to it  by reporting to the parents and whoever is in charge once this happening i would also make a group and protest about why you should not bully and ways to stop it
