Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

Do you mean an isosceles triangle? If you do then the answer is yes because two of the angles cannot be more that 90o. If they are the sum of the angles are going to be more than 180.

For example, if both angles in the isosceles triangles are 100 then the two angles will add up to 100 + 100 = 200 degrees. No triangle has 200 degrees in it.

Well how about 90.? Could two angles in a triangle have 90 each?

No because 90 + 90 = 180. There's no room for another angle.

So two angles of an isosceles triangle must be acute.

If this is not what you mean, please leave a not.

NEED AN A !!!!!!!! MATH HELP!!!!!!!
zepelin [54]
Plug n = 1 into the original formula to get
an = 14 - 9n
a1 = 14 - 9*1
a1 = 5
So the first term is 5

The common difference is -9 as this is the slope in front of the n term. This means each term is going down by 9 each time. Notice the second term is
an = 14-9n
a2 = 14-9*2
a2 = -4
and so on...

To get the nth term, we subtract 9 from the (n-1)st term
That's the same as saying
a_n = a_{n-1}-9

So all together, the rule is
a_n = a_{n-1} - 9\\ a_1 = 5
