The equation/relation is c=34*b. 
So the answers would be 34*2=68, *3=102, *9=306, and *10=340

I believe you have to multiply so 2*34= 68, 3*34=204, 9*34=306,10*34=340

So to fill up the table put these in:
2:68
3:204
9:306
10:349
