If the figure is a rhombus, then that means that the place where the two lines intersect is 90°. The one at the top is 63°. All triangles must equal 180°. So you then add 90 + 63 and get 153. Then subtract that from 180. You get 27. Y will be 27° too. I'm sorry if this was wrong, but there wasn't very much information in that picture. It didn't even say if it was drawn to scale or not. I think it's right though.
If the center point of rhombus is at a 90 degree angle then the y would be 27 degrees, and the x would probably be 90 degrees if the center is a right angle
