In animism, people tend to believe every objects has a soul and conscience of their own which became the foundation of their spiritual belief. One of the example is the Mayan ancient culture that worship the Sun because they believe it's the one that brought prosperity to them by creating rains.
Agree. According to Marxism, workers became subjects of exploitation, since they neither participate in the complete process nor the ultimate result of the final goods-merchandises. The people working in a factory lacks a relationship to the whole. The labor force is seen as an exchangeable good or merchandise that can be easily replaced. In this way, we can agree that workers are given only conditions to sustain a minimum amount of income to survive. In almost all cases, the conditions do not let workers become independent from their masters since the capitalist system is based on giving benefits to a small social class that posses the capital (the money required in investing and means of production). While restraining the working class, social demands in pro of improving working conditions, they tend to be neglected. Typically when the paying for the labor class becomes troubled with maximizing profits big companies tend to relocate in poor countries or in regions where they can continue to operate always maximizing the capitals for the purpose of keeping in the dynamic of accumulation.
