It provides both emotional and physical relief and a positive and soothing atmosphere is developed around. Also meditation helps in calming down the anger and aggression of a person. So the nurse concludes that the patient will do relaxing exercise and meditate when angry and this will eventually help the patient to control anger to a large extend.
