Relaxing exercise is the best exercise to control anger.  Relaxing and deep breathing  helps in calming down the mind and the person feels good when doing it. It provides both emotional and physical relief and a positive and soothing atmosphere is developed around. Also meditation helps in calming down the anger and aggression of a person. So the nurse concludes that the patient will do relaxing exercise and meditate when angry and this will eventually help the patient to control anger to a large extend.
