your musculoskeletal system responds to stress by tensing up your muscles. Muscle tension is a response to stress. If you've ever noticed that you're stressed out youll notice your body will naturally tense up. Once the stress passes your muscles will relax.

Satiety value can be defined as the degree at which the food gives a sense of gratification. It includes the food items which fulfill the hunger. The highest satiety value is achieved when the food remains inside the stomach for a long period and produces the gives the energy for the greatest functional activity. It reduces obesity because some foods fulfill the hunger needs even if taken in small quantities. The food items with high satiety value does not contribute to the gain of weight.

If the calories and relative sizes are similar then snacks with the highest satiety value will be a glass of orange juice. As it will contain fewer calories as compared to other snacks and will not contribute to the weight gain.
