The earth's crust is the outermost layer of the planet. it is very thin and is just like the skin of an apple. the crust is about 3-5 miles thick and about 25 miles thick under the continents.

In geography, the crust is the strong shell of a rough planet or characteristic satellite, which is synthetically unmistakable from the hidden mantle. The outside layers of Earth, the Moon, Mercury, Venus, Mars, Io, and other planetary bodies have been produced to a great extent by volcanic procedures, and these coverings are wealthier in contrary components than their individual mantles. The Earth's hull is made out of particularly unique mainland outside and maritime covering, which have diverse synthetic arrangements and physical properties, and which were shaped by various land forms.

Hope this helps!

Ymorist [56]

Answer: " gaping and crunching like a mountain lion "

" When the young Dawn with finger tips of a rose, lit up the world "

" it's cackling roots blazed and hissed "

Explanation:

A simile is simply a figure of speech, so for example, " it's cackling roots blazed and hissed ", while it's refering to a fire, it's comparing it to an angry snake, " hissing ", or when when Cyclops ate the humans ( how could he tsk tsk ) it compared him to a mountian lion, tho we know he wasn't.
