A soliloquy<span> is an utterance or discourse by a person who is talking to himself or herself or is disregardful of or oblivious to any hearers present (often </span>used<span> as a device in </span>drama<span> to disclose a character's innermost thoughts). If there are others on stage, it is a protracted aside.</span>
This is an excerpt from Sonnet 18 written by Shakespeare. If you know anything about Shakespeare's sonnets, you know that they always have a regular meter, which means that all of them are written in iambic pentameter. This means that the first syllable is unstressed, and it is followed by a stressed syllable.
So, when applied to this poem, just split the words into syllables - the first one will be unstressed (so, as, can, or, can), and the second one will be stressed (long, men, breathe, eyes, see).

Make a list of the main points you want to have in your presentation. Then work on researching them one by one. Search one topic at a time, find a RELIABLE resource, then find information related to that. Write it all down, then do the next one, etc., etc. Then you can filter out what you do and don't want in it, keeping the important information and ditching the rest. Then you can start putting your presentation together. :)
