Humans maintain community stability by sharing their knowledge and experience and volunteering to develop community programs like gardens in a neighborhood and develop diversity by including people of all backgrounds and races and encouraging their participation.

-The nervous system can be divided into two major subdivisions: the central nervous system (CNS) and the peripheral nervous system (PNS). The peripheral nervous system is comprised of the somatic and autonomic nervous systems. The somatic nervous system transmits sensory and motor signals to and from the central nervous system.
-The somatic nervous system is involved in the relay of sensory and motor information to and from the CNS; therefore, it consists of motor neurons and sensory neurons. Motor neurons, carrying instructions from the CNS to the muscles, are efferent fibers.
-The autonomic nervous system controls our internal organs and glands and is generally considered to be outside the realm of voluntary control. It can be further subdivided into the sympathetic and parasympathetic division.
A single gene disorder is one that's known to be caused by a single gene. Multiple gene disorders, however, can be caused by multiple gene combinations and other factors. Dominant genes are always expressed in the offspring, while recessive genes are only expressed if the offspring recieves the recessive gene from both parents. Sex-linked genetic disorders occur most often in men, and are caused by a single-gene disorder gene being on the X chromosome but not the Y, so that the offspring needs only one recessive gene to have the trait/disorder.
