      The set of natural numbers is the set of positive integers (1,2,3,4...) and

      sometimes  zero (0). 27 is a positive integer and thus a natural number.

b)  True.     2.7 is not an integer  (it is a decimal value and a rational number)

c) True.      Zero (0) is an integer, but not a positive or negative number.

d) False.    -8 is an integer, a negative integer
