The Munich Conference contributed to the eventual outbreak of WWII because it allowed Hitler to go on taking land without interference. He met up with the British prime minister: Neville Chamberlain and they negotiated. Eventually that prime minister let Hitler take the Sudetenland. The Munich Conference is also known as a policy of appeasement because they let Hitler have what he wanted and did not stop him. Eventually, Hitler took more than what he said he would during the Conference, which lead to France and Britain declaring war on Nazi Germany.<span />

What is the best explanation for why the federal government instituted the 13th, 14th, and 15th Amendments to the Constitution?
allochka39001 [22]
A . The Emancipation Proclamation did not provide legal protection for the civil rights of African American.

The Emancipation Proclamation did not give them any specific rights except for their freedom. It made it illegal to own a person, but they still experienced racism. The government created the 14th and 15th Amendment to provide them with some basic rights.
