The architect: Hello doctor. Lately, im always having problem getting peaceful sleep at night. I am pleased to hear some causes from that.
Doctor: Hi. I see. I think it is because you always work hard & do not have some enough rest.
The architect: What do i have to do if so? I always sleep late & wake up early. Do i need to sleep early? Right after i got back from work?
Doctor: Yes! You might need to take some rest within 15-30 minutes a day. This will help to give you energy & powerful body. And when it comes to night, you will sleep peacefully without any trouble.
