90% because the jacket was marked down by 2 times. Once 30% off and another times is 60% off which total of 90% off. Also, it means that the new price is 10% of original price, so
$30×10%
Or
$30×0.1=$3. As a result, the jacket now costs $3( how cheap is that?). Hope it help!

Katen [24]

Answer:

16-11-13-5-10 => P-K-M-E-J

Decode

16-11-13-5-10

2-15-18

13-23

8-11-17

11-12

22-11-12-19

From the code key, we can see that each number represent the alphabet at that position;

To do this, we simply replace each number with the alphabet they represent.

So, we have:

16-11-13-5-10 => P-K-M-E-J

2-15-18 => B-O-R

13-23 = > M-W

8-11-17 => H-K-Q

11-12 => K-L

22-11-12-19 => V-K-L-S

A rectangle with an area of 4/7 meters squared is dilated by a factor of 7. What is the area of the dilated rectangle?
nikklg [1K]

Answer:

49

Step-by-step explanation:

Every time you multiply both sides of a rectangle by a number x, its area if multiplied by x^{2}.

In our example:

Area of a rectangle = width . length

width = 4

length   = 7

A_{1} = 4 . 7 = 28

When you multiply both sides by 7:

width = 4 . 7 = 28

length = 7 . 7 = 49

A_{2}  = 28 . 49

A_{2}  = 1372

A_{2}  / A_{1} = 1372 / 28 = 49 = (7)^{2}

Both sides multiplied by 7 => Area multiplied by 7^{2}

Got it?
