NEED HELP WITH THIS PROBLEM. thanks
AlexFokin [52]
Rick has 1 1/3, or 4/3, pounds of sugar.
He needs to pour 1/4 of this amount into the bowl.
4/3 * 1/4  Multiply the numerators and the denominators
(4*1) / (3*4) = 4/12                   Simplify, 4/12 can be simplified to 1/3.
He poured 1/3 pound of sugar.

Now, for flour, we need to find 1/4 of 2/3, using the same process:
(2/3) * (1/4) = (2*1) / (3*4) = 2/12 = 1/6
He poured 1/6 pound of flour

GIVING 100 POINTS FOR THESE 3 PROBLEMS
mart [117]

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

A=\frac{a+b}{2}*h=\frac{4+7}{2}*3=16.5cm^2

A=\frac{ab}{2} =\frac{4*6}{2} =12in^2

A=wl=6*5=30in^2

12+30=42in^2

A=\frac{a+b}{2}h=\frac{28+40}{2}*30=1020ft^2

Wall = A=\frac{ab}{2} =\frac{6*30}{2}=90ft^2
