Answer:

The correct answer is the immune system is weakened.

Explanation:

In everyday life we find situations that increase cortisol in an unnatural way, raising blood levels; They can be kept elevated for a long period of time by not doing any type of exercises. This increase over a prolonged period is what causes chronic damage, in principle the immune system is suppressed, the immune system responsiveness decreases, increasing the risk of long-term autoimmune diseases and cancer.

In this way, prolonged stress is manifested in the body.

I have a question, but it's not really for school.
larisa [96]

I don't know much but I might be able to help. I would recommend focusing on like a hard chore or a task for 45 minutes. I usually put my phone or what other thing is keeping me from doing something in an other room. Once your 45 minutes is up I would recommend taking a short 15 minute brake.

Rama09 [41]

Answer:

Hand antiseptics should be used only after proper hand washing has been completed. Handwashing with soap and water is the single most effective way to prevent the spread of bacteria and viruses-the major causes of foodborne illness.
