The correct answer is because you may not be able to walk away in some situations! Take for instance if you where in a meeting at work and someone said something about your presentation you can't just walk out of the presentation because you would be risking being fired. Therefore the answer is B!

People some time escape from their problems because they don’t want to face the difficulty. It is a very common solution to deal with any problem. Escaping from any situation is not always worked. It is a fact that escaping from the situation would not help an individual in the long run because eventually, he/she might come across the same situation again at the end; at that instant, it will be more difficult to overcome that situation.
