food you eat can affect you and your health. One of your worst habits is not eating breakfast at all. Well, it's about time to change that "bad" habit. Your new goal for the summer is to eat a healthy breakfast every morning before you leave the house. • Write an action plan for achieving this goal. Be sure to include specific steps you will take, when and how often the steps are to be done, and how you will measure success. List two family members or friends who can be part of your support system. First thing is make a schedule having different breakfast lunch and dinner meals that are easy to make and are less in calories. Secondly I would be more active physically and mentally. third I would get those in my life involved like my mom and dad that way there are less temptation a round me. all these steps are an everyday thing. Also one cheat meal a week is healthy and a reward. As the time goes by I will be at my best health wise.
