The source we have available about vikings comes from the Celts.

Explanation:

Celts are the settlers from Scandinavia who scattered all over the Western Europe and islands beyond it and settled those lands.

The Vikings were their neighbors in many of their settlements and there were few Celtic cultures like the ones in Denmark that were close to them and had some genetic intermingling.

This resulted in the documentation of the viking ways by the Celts from whom it has been passed down to us.

These documents include sagas like the Viking Saga and history of their kings.

Ipatiy [6.2K]

Answer:

Southern and Eastern Europe.

Explanation:

This wave of immigration lasted from 1866-1915 and brought 25 million to the United States, mostly from southern and eastern Europe. "Pushed" out of Europe by economic hardship and political persecution and "pulled" to the United States by the availability of jobs, these immigrants entered the country through gateways like Ellis Island and settled in America's teeming cities to take jobs made available by the Second Industrial Revolution.

Why were European empires often at war over territory in North America?
gogolik [260]
North America was a new world. It had laid unconquered for ages it seemed to the Europeans and it was just the place to expand their territory and influence. At this time it was of utmost importance to conquer as much land as possible and to be better than the rest of Europe and America was just teeming with new possibilities and places to explore.
