The correct answer is "It includes published examples of the word's use". The entry dictionaries includes examples of the word's use, the word or phrase broken into syllables, the word or phrase with the pronunciation indicated through the use of diacritical marks, the part or parts of speech the word functions, related forms of the word, such as the plural form of nouns and the past tense of verbs and the definition or definitions of the word or phrase.

Which of the following completes the sentence below.
lidiya [134]
The correct answer is (b.) men's. The men's shouts filled the dark night. If you are referring to many male persons, you may use men. You need not any usage of s with men since men is already in a plural form which makes it wrong.

Read the following passage and answer the question. “May the gods Rain down all kinds of fortune on your lives, Misfortune never
grin007 [14]

There are three different types of irony. Dramatic irony is when the reader or audience understands something that the characters do not. Situational irony is the difference between what happens and what was expected to happen. Verbal irony is when words express something contrary to the truth or when someone says the opposite of what they feel.

The passage, "May the Gods rain down all kinds of fortune on your lives, misfortune never harbor in your homeland," is from The Odyssey. Odysseus says this prayer after King Alcinous told the nobles to be generous with their gifts. It is ironic because Odysseus is the reasoning for their suffering. It is an example of situational irony because Odysseus is causing their misfortune and saying a prayer that there not be misfortune in their land.
