After that, the nurse should ask if the pain stays or radiates to different area of the body, where the pain exactly coming from, how intense the pain, describe the pain and verify the timing like if it is continuous or intermittent. Moreover, a 12 lead ECG and blood test must be perform to assess for arrhythmias or myocardial damage or heart attack.
