Hello. You forgot to show the model of the community plan. The model is:

1. Plan title.

2.People involved.

3. Actions for which the plan will be beneficial to society.

4. Steps to complete the plan.

Answer and Explanation:

Plan title: Sprout.

People involved: the whole community is involved voluntarily, to start a project to plant tree seedlings in the cauças throughout the entire neighborhood.

Reasons: The plan will allow the community to become a more wooded environment, which will decrease the sensation of high temperature, in addition to providing cleaner air.

To complete the plan, the community will send representatives to buy or find sponsorship at plantation stores. There, seedlings, fertilizer, soil and all necessary material will be acquired. Another group in the community will be responsible for preparing the planting sites, while another group will be responsible for watering the seedlings.
