How does the decision to not use tobacco impact your health?
Ivan

Choosing to not use tobacco is the start to leadership and control over how you want to live the rest of your life. You stay looking young, healthy, and you're not at high risk for developing cancer in your heart or lungs. Many tobacco users age quicker, lose their voice, develop cancer, have severe kidney problems, and can even result in death.
