it is important to make healthy choices about your diet so then you dont get over weight or have diabetes but it is okay to have sugar and desserts once in awhile but an example would be mc donalds, mc donalds is not healthy for you it is not that great for your body, so just have it once in awhile but not every single day and make sure to eat veggies and fruit for a healthy body. Even fruit over ice cream is good for you because u stll have something healthy with the ice cream. :]
