I did this same play analysis thing also! It pretty much means that they are fighting so much since being cooped up that they are doing more fighting with each other and tearing each other apart

Shakespeare used personification, metaphor, and symbolism to develop tone in his story of Julius Caesar by showing the selection "The Tragedy of Julius Caesar, Act I.” Judging from the events in Act I, the political mood and behavior of the Romans is best described as discontented and angry. This is because Julius Caesar has been a successful ruler and conqueror and it made his senators angry and jealous towards him.
