The ratio of tall to short in the second or the F2 generation was 3:1. Because the resulting genotype of the F1 generation would be Pp. If you test cross that and put in into a Punnet square, you would have three blocks that have the dominant trait and one block without. Remember that the dominant trait is always expressed. So three of them would be tall and one would be short.

You answer is then D.

Which statement is not true about invertebrate animals?
Phoenix [80]

Answer:

e) Invertebrates lack a nervous system

Explanation:

One of the main characteristics of invertebrates is that they don't have a backbone. Backbones belong to the skeletal system. A totally different story is the nervous system which runs inside the backbone. Although the more complex nervous systems appear in vertebrates the simply fact of having eyes like crabs or insects implies having a nervous system that can control them.

The large diversity of shapes of biological molecules is possible because of the extensive presence of _____ in the molecules. t
Yanka [14]

Answer;

Carbon

Explanation;

-The large diversity of shapes of biological molecules is possible because of the extensive presence of carbon  in the molecules.

-The major classes of biological molecules that are important for all living things are carbohydrates, lipids, proteins, and nucleic acids. These molecules differ in structure and function, in part, because of different functional groups.

All organic molecules contain carbon atoms. Biological macromolecules are organic, meaning that they contain carbon. In addition, they may contain hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen, phosphorus, sulfur, and additional minor elements.

-Carbon qualifies as the foundation element for molecules in living things. It is the bonding properties of carbon atoms that are responsible for its important role.
