Why would the personal trainer take a new member through an induction?
skelet666 [1.2K]

Answer:

Taking an induction is your chance to learn about personal safety and to be instructed on how to use the cardiovascular and resistance equipment correctly in order to maximise your training effectiveness. Don't think about your gym induction as a tedious formality that you have to fulfil.
