(0,50)(5,100)
slope = (100 - 50) / 5 - 0) = 50/5 = 10

y = mx + b
slope(m) = 10
(0,50)...x = 0 and y = 50
now we sub and find b, the y int
50 = 10(0) + b
50 = b

equation is : y = 10x + 50

Angel has 50 and she saves 10 a week <===

The slope:
(100-50)/(5-0)
50/5
10

y intercept is 50 because one of the coordinates is (0, 50)

The equation is: y=10x+50

This means that they have to start at 50 and increase by 10 each week, The only one that does that is Angel.

Hope this helps :)

➷ The equation would have to be y = 4/3 x + 4 because the y intercept is 4 and the gradient is positive.

The two correct statements are the first and last ones.

Find the 72nd term of the arithmetic sequence -27, -11, 5,
mixas84 [53]

Answer:

1109

Step-by-step explanation:

an = d (n - 1) + c

an = what you're looking for

n = term position

d = the common difference, in your case, 16

c = first term of the sequence, or -27

a₇₂ = 16(72 - 1) + -27 = 1109
