What effects did the enlightenment philosophers have on government and society?
Lyrx [107]
The enlightenment philosopher heavily influenced government and society. Their principles which were based on reason and science, instead of religion, were incremental to the French Revolution, which borrowed aspects such as every man is born free, which helped push the French proletariat to overthrow the monarchy.
