Dear Mother,

You are a special person in my life and everything you do is to protect me or love me. You are with me from the start even when hard, scary, or bad times came across. I give you appreciation from my heart because I know you'll love me as much, or even more, as I love you. You were the only person who understood me.

Sometimes, you'd block me for doing things or take away something, but it is only because I didn't respect you--or just because you're trying to protect me. For example, once you took away my phone, saying it was too much screen time. I later realized you was right. You had to wear glasses earlier in your life, but you don't anymore. This was because you watched too much screen time and your eyes got hurt; but now I understand. I appreciate you and will go along with you every second in your life.
