Ethics regulate a set of standard that must be followed to judge a certain actions to be morally right or morally wrong. As a factors for ethical standard, we used several things such as integrity, honour, empathy, intent, risk level, conflict management, etc.
As the people have learned that through the study of the philosophy that the holding the beliefs about themselves and that change of the time has created an inconsistent belief that they need to change and or even outreach the of contractidactroy ones. And holds the belief that the world is developing at the in-consistent rates and thus contracting the reality and the state of being.
Bystander effect or the bystander apathy as it is also known
is a psychological phenomenon which states that people are less likely to help
a person in need if a group of people is also present nearby. In the tragedy of Kitty Genovese not one
of the 38 neighbors called the police. This shocking death is one of the most
horrible examples of the bystander effect.
