The Sand Creek massacre was a massacre of Cheyenne and Arapaho people on November 29, 1864. During this massacre, an estimated 70-500 Native Americans were killed, and of these, about two-thirds were women and children. The people responsible for the killing were the Third Colorado Cavalry of the U.S. Army.

The First Two are my best answers. But if it's once choice, I would choose Military Forces.
