lapo4ka [179]

Paragraph:

"take a stand and tell what you think has been the most important change to the citizenship laws in the United States. Why did you choose this?"

After studying this timeline, I have several mixed emotions towards all the changes and extents in which some of these citizenship laws have targeted. Though there is much to uncover here, truly there is only one that I feel is the most important, beneficial, and altering change that has occurred. In 1952, the U.S congress made a change to their laws, stating that "citizenship cannot be denied because of race or gender." This has been one of our nation's greatest decisions and I'm sure that many people can agree it was very necessary for our thriving population. This law ensures that a person's citizenship cannot be disregarded in terms of race or gender, giving everyone their full potential in our society.

You can edit this and what not I hope this helps and it wasn't sent in too late!

Dahasolnce [82]

Answer:

mental processes.

Explanation:

At the beginning of the development of psychology as a distinct scientific discipline, it was deeply influenced by Wilhelm Wundt who determined the object of study, the method of research, the topics to be studied and the aims of the new science. Wundt majored in medicine and was particularly well known for the creation of what was considered the First Laboratory of Experimental Psychology, where research focused on studying the mental processes of the human being.

Similarly, William James also focused his studies on mental processes, at a time when psychology began to be considered a scientific discipline. James was a leading American philosopher and psychologist. One of the creators of the philosophical school known as “pragmatism” and one of the pioneers of “Functional Psychology”.

Alayna is applying for a job as a computer technician. Although she receives a relatively low score on a cognitive ability test,
luda_lava [24]

Answer:

Compensatory Scoring

Explanation:

  • There are different ways of selecting candidates to choose the best for that position and one of the selection process is called compensation scoring.
  • Comparative scoring is used for the candidate (s) who fail more than what fails him. For example, if a candidate evaluates three different tests and the candidate fails one of the three and pass the remaining two tests.
  • If the selectors still select such a candidate for the role, that means the candidate is selected based on compensation scoring.
