Higher tuition and board costs in College are affecting education in America. Families have economic problems and every year is more difficult for them to pay the expenses College demands.

In 20 years the cost of education is almost twice of what was in 2000. A candidate’s opening statement about rising college costs must keep the audience in min don these issues so he can grab its attention. Many students receive financial aid but it has been a heavy burden for them as college costs continue to rise. Parents can’t afford it and after graduation, the student has a big debt to cover.

2) Alliance for Progress- This program helped to give financial and technical assistance to Latin American countries.

Since Italy was separated for quite a long time, different traditions, views on politics, and much more appeared within these societies.
