There are a number of Holocaust memorials around the world. There is a Holocaust memorial in Baltimore, MD, Washington D.C., and

at several sites around Europe. For this assessment, you will be creating your own Holocaust multimedia presentation. You may choose a Web 2.0 tool to create your multimedia presentation. Holocaust Multimedia Presentation Before you create your presentation, remember that the Holocaust is an example of genocide. Your presentation should focus on the causes, events, and effects of the Holocaust. Your presentation must include: a title at least five photographs dealing with the causes, events, and effects of the Holocaust captions for each photograph that are a minimum of two sentences a one-paragraph summary that explains the impact or effects of the Holocaust on the Jewish population a two to three sentence "call to action" that explains what we can do in the world to prevent future genocides

OK, so here are some ideas for the photographs

Causes:
Try finding some images of propaganda posters and explain the impact they had on the Jewish community. Then maybe get a picture of Mein Kampf and explain the ideas Hitler was trying to portray in it

Main Events:
Here you could get a picture of a Jewish identity card and explain how the Nazid used them. You could also get a picture of a concentration camp and talk about the horrors that occurred in them.

Consequences:
Talk about the memorials dedicated to the fallen Jews in the Holocaust, for example Yad Vasheem. You could also talk about the creation of the state of Israel by the UN after the Holocaust.

To answer the "call to action" talk about the "UN Convention on Genocide" document (search that up) and how it helps to prevent genocides. Add some personal opinion in this section

Good Luck

Sati [7]
Dear Editor of the Los Angeles Times,Hello. I am a white American citizen living in Los Angeles. I have just read about theSupreme Court case of Korematsu v. the United States, and had some opinions I would like todiscuss. This case as made me very irate as I do not agree with the way Japanese Americansare being treated.I believe that forcing Japanese Americans into internment camps is unfair andunconstitutional. It is bypassing their rights as American citizens. Yes, they are of Japanesedissent, but they chose to be here. They left their home country, culture, family, and basicallyeverything they knew behind just to become citizens in this country. They want nothing morethan to take advantage of all this great land has to offer, just like everyone else. It is unfair todiscriminate against them because of their nationality. Korematsu should not have beenarrested for resisting containment, as freedom is a founding principal of the United States. Iagree with the dissenting opinion, as the majority voted to withhold Korematsu’s conviction
