Well, we need to consider that according to Monroe, any intervention that we make in foreign affairs, will expose the United States over a potentially hostile threats

Today, United States is regarded as the leader of United Nations. Of course we cannot follow the same policy today, because we believe that it's our duty to help the struggling countries to protect their democracy
