PLEASE HELP how do I graph y = ^3√x-2 for the domain -6 ≤ x ≤ 10? Thank you!

Ok, so what that means (I think is)

y=∛(x-2)

evaluate at x=-6 and x=10

@x=-6, the point is -2
(-6,-2)

@x=10, the point is ∛12
(10,∛12)
so graph those 2 points
also, find the x intercept and y intercept (if applicable) and plot those points for a better picture

0=∛(x-2)
0=x-2
2=x
(2,0) is the x intercept

y=∛(0-2)
y=∛(-2)
(0,∛(-2)) is the y intercept

for an even better idea, find the values of x=-5,-4,-3,-2,-1,0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10 to get a clearer picture of the graph


ideally, what you should do is graph y=∛x,then move it 2 units to the right
then cut it off at x=-6 and x=10

She hiked 6.5 miles in total and it basically tells you she hiked 1.75 miles and 2.4 miles in the morning which equals 4.15 miles in the morning. to find how many miles she walked in the afternoon you just subtract the morning miles 4.15 from the total miles 6.5
6.5-4.15=2.35
then to find how many more miles she walked in the morning you just subtract the morning from the afternoon
4.15-2.35=1.8 miles

she hiked 1.8 more miles in the morning
