Well i believe the answer is A. Representative democracy. We "America ,aka, USA" are represented by one person, the president..and also the vice president but he/she is not that important, also mayors but that just extra.If the government was a dictatorship then we would be forced to do basically everything that that one person says, in comparison to  the united states we have different laws or rules per state. The other two options are not even close to what the USA could be.
